How many times do we begin a day fretting over the things that we HAVE to do in the hours ahead of us? Before we know it, our mind is filled with oppressive thoughts and our schedule is crowded with tedious tasks that drain our energy!

Positive Intent takes a back seat to Perceived Urgency!

I wonder what might happen if we began to teach ourselves to Do What We Love instead of the things that siphon away our personal power? I wonder what might happen if we began doing just one thing we LOVE to do each day and slowly add another in successive days? I wonder . . .

Dr. Wayne Dyer said, “Doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abundance in your life.” I know I could use more abundance in my life! How about you? Could you use a little more abundance?

I’m up for the challenge! Won’t you join me in creating some abundance in life? Let’s Do MORE of what we love!

Peace!

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1994 and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor since 2011. I received my BA in Sociology and Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University and my Master’s in Counseling from the University of North Texas.

I specialize in the field of loss/grief and have written, trained, and presented workshops on loss/grief since 1990. Helping clients learn to work toward reconciliation and integration of life losses is the basis of my work in this area.

My wife and I are both therapists and often work together with couples in our practice. We find that couples respond well to our co-therapist approach.
